Saylorville Students 2025
For Saylorville Students’ 2025–26 theme, Revive, the goal was to build a visual identity that embodied both the prayer of Habakkuk 3:2 and the expectancy of revival — “Lord, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds. Repeat them in our day.” The challenge was to create a mark that felt sacred yet modern, symbolic yet wearable.

Lord, do it again.
The Revive brand system was designed to be bold, memorable, and versatile — a mark students could rally around all year long across apparel, slides, posters, and stage visuals. At its core, the mark reimagines the word revive as a visual palindrome. While not literally identical forward and backward, its mirrored structure allows it to be read in both directions — symbolizing the repeating, renewing work of God described in Habakkuk 3:2. This design carries multiple layers of meaning: Repeating & Renewing: The palindrome construction reflects revival as a cycle — God’s work repeated through generations with fresh life and power. Movement & Symmetry: The mirrored letters evoke both stillness and motion, like ripples from a single act of God’s grace that continue outward. Expectancy & Direction: The upward flow of the forms captures the sense of rising and awakening — the visual posture of revival. Timeless & Contemporary: By combining geometric precision with bold simplicity, the mark bridges the historic depth of revival with the energy of modern student culture. The result is more than a logo — it’s a prayer in visual form. Every use of the mark, from a hoodie to a slide background, reminds students that God’s work doesn’t stop with the past. It continues here and now. It’s an invitation to pray, “Lord, revive us again.”
