Redeemer Church
Redeemer is a growing church in Florida with a passion for welcoming people into authentic community and pointing them toward the hope of the Gospel. They asked me to create a brand identity that felt warm, modern, and approachable—something that would serve both their congregation and their broader community for years to come. The goal was to strike the right balance between spiritual depth and everyday accessibility.

Rooted in grace, growing together.
The Redeemer branding project began with a simple question: How can a church communicate timeless truth in a way that feels fresh, trustworthy, and welcoming today? The logo takes inspiration directly from Florida’s natural landscape. The leaves of an orange tree—one of the state’s most recognizable symbols—were arranged into the shape of a cross. This subtle integration of regional identity and theological meaning communicates both local rootedness and spiritual purpose. The cross formed by the leaves reminds viewers of Christ at the center of Redeemer’s mission, while the flourishing tree imagery conveys growth, life, and community. Beyond the logo, I built a flexible identity system including: • Primary and secondary logo marks for signage, print, and digital • Typography pairings that balance readability with personality • Color palette designed to feel both calming and vibrant, suited for worship environments and community outreach • Application guidelines for social media, environmental graphics, and ministry materials What makes this project stand out is how the symbolism bridges the local and the spiritual. It feels right at home in Florida’s cultural landscape, while remaining deeply rooted in the mission of the church. The result is more than a logo—it’s a visual language that helps Redeemer tell their story with clarity and consistency, whether on a Sunday morning or in the middle of their community.
